Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that allows us to offer and sell our products and Services.

However, purchases made through bomiskin.com are transactions between the customer and BOMIHOLDING LLC, doing business as BOMI, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify is not the seller of BOMI products.

BOMI is responsible for its products, orders, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, subscriptions, promotions, and its relationship with customers, subject to applicable law.

Certain technical, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, checkout, hosting, or other services may be provided by Shopify or third-party providers.

For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellation requests must be submitted before the applicable renewal payment is processed.

24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with an order or payment, we encourage you to contact hello@bomiskin.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from exercising legitimate rights to dispute unauthorized or otherwise disputable transactions through their payment provider.

However, intentionally submitting false information or knowingly initiating a fraudulent payment dispute may constitute abuse and may result in BOMI providing relevant order, tracking, communication, and transaction records to the applicable payment provider, financial institution, or other authorized party.

25. Promotions

BOMI may offer:

Discount codes.
Sales.
Bundles.
Free gifts.
Subscription discounts.
Limited-time offers.
Promotional pricing.
Customer-specific offers.

Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements and conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

26. Promotional Errors

If a technical or configuration error allows a customer to receive a discount, gift, quantity, or promotional benefit beyond the intended promotion, BOMI may correct the error where permitted by applicable law.

For example, if an offer provides one complimentary gift and a technical error permits multiple complimentary gifts to be added, BOMI may limit fulfillment to the quantity specified by the legitimate promotion.

27. Bundles

Certain BOMI products may be offered in bundles containing multiple units or products.

Bundle pricing may reflect a discount compared with purchasing products individually.

Eligibility for returns or refunds involving bundles is governed by our Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy and any specific terms displayed with the applicable offer.

28. Free Gifts

Complimentary gifts offered with qualifying purchases generally have no independent cash value.

Unless otherwise stated, free gifts cannot be independently exchanged for cash or refunded.

Where a refund requires the return of the qualifying order, BOMI may require the promotional gift to be returned where permitted by applicable law and the terms of the promotion.

29. Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered through recurring subscriptions.

When enrolling in a subscription, the applicable checkout or subscription interface will display material subscription terms, which may include:

Product.
Price.
Billing frequency.
Delivery frequency.
Renewal conditions.
Cancellation information.
Applicable discounts.

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription terms you accepted, until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.

30. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the frequency selected by the customer.

The applicable payment method may be charged automatically for each renewal.

Customers are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal payment is processed if they do not want another subscription order.

Once a renewal payment has been processed and the order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be cancellable.

Future renewals can still be cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

31. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future subscription renewals by following the cancellation method made available through the Site or by contacting:

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the subscription.

Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for orders already processed unless required by applicable law or our applicable policies.

32. Shipping

Order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipments, customs, and shipping delays are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers should review the Shipping Policy before placing an order.

33. Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be processed or fulfilled by third-party fulfillment providers and may ship from fulfillment facilities located in the United States or other countries.

If an order is fulfilled internationally, delivery times, tracking events, customs processing, and carrier handling may differ from domestic shipments.

34. Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and shipping timeframes displayed by BOMI are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, responsibility for safeguarding the package generally transfers to the recipient, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws.

36. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

BOMI cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order enters fulfillment.

Orders returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information may be subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

37. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.

Our standard return policy currently provides eligible customers with 10 days from confirmed delivery to request a standard return, subject to the conditions in that policy.

Customers should review the full policy before purchasing.

38. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Qualifying first-time purchases of eligible BOMI collagen masks may be covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Under the current guarantee terms:

The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The purchase must be the customer's first qualifying purchase.
No more than two masks from the qualifying purchase may have been used.
Remaining masks must be returned.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Subscription renewals and repeat purchases are not eligible.

39. Restocking Fees

Eligible standard returns may be subject to the restocking fees described in our Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.

Any mandatory consumer rights applicable to a transaction take precedence where required by law.

40. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

Claims concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be submitted according to our Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.

We may request reasonable evidence, such as:

This allows us to investigate and appropriately resolve the claim.

41. Shipping Protection

The shipping-protection fee may become non-refundable once the applicable order has been processed.

45. License to User-Generated Content

Where you voluntarily submit content to BOMI for publication, promotion, review, or other public-facing use, you grant BOMI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting BOMI and its products, subject to applicable law and any additional terms presented when the content is submitted.

You retain ownership rights you otherwise hold in your original content.

46. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to the Site and BOMI brand is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by BOMIHOLDING LLC.

Protected material may include:

BOMI trademarks.
Logos.
Product names.
Packaging.
Graphics.
Product photography.
Videos.
Illustrations.
Icons.
Advertising creatives.
Website design.
Product descriptions.
Written content.
Marketing copy.
Software elements.
Original creative materials.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law or authorized by the relevant rights holder.

47. BOMI Branding

The BOMI name, logos, packaging designs, graphics, slogans, trade dress, and other brand identifiers may constitute trademarks or other proprietary rights of BOMIHOLDING LLC.

Nothing on the Site grants a user any ownership interest or license to use these materials except as expressly authorized.

48. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Third-party trademarks, logos, names, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on our Site does not necessarily imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

Nothing in this provision limits any statutory remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be restricted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOMIHOLDING LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses resulting from:
