Mobile Messaging Program — SMS, MMS and RCS

BOMI uses third-party messaging technology, including Instasent, to support our Mobile Messaging Program. By opting in to marketing communications from BOMI when completing or initiating a purchase, signing up through one of our subscription tools, forms, or other opt-in methods, you agree to receive recurring text messages from BOMI, including SMS, MMS and/or RCS where available.

These messages may include:

  • Order-related and transactional notifications.
  • Abandoned cart and abandoned checkout reminders.
  • Marketing and promotional offers.
  • Product launches, campaigns, and other promotional communications.
  • Review requests.
  • Informational messages related to our products or Services.

Messages may be sent using automated systems or similar technologies. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and participation in our Mobile Messaging Program is voluntary.

Where RCS is available, certain messages may be delivered as RCS instead of SMS or MMS. If your device, mobile carrier, messaging application, country, or technology provider does not support RCS, messages may be delivered through SMS or MMS as a fallback.

Information Collected for Mobile Messaging

In connection with our Mobile Messaging Program, we may collect and process your mobile phone number, consent and opt-in records, subscription status, message delivery data, interaction data, clicks, and opt-out status.

How We Use Mobile Messaging Information

We use this information to send and manage SMS, MMS and/or RCS communications, including order notifications, abandoned cart or abandoned checkout reminders, marketing offers, promotions, informational or transactional messages, and review requests. We may also use this information to measure message delivery, engagement, campaign performance, and the operation and security of our Mobile Messaging Program.

Instasent and Messaging Service Providers

We may disclose the information necessary to operate our Mobile Messaging Program to Instasent and other messaging partners, technology providers, mobile carriers, aggregators, RCS providers, and related service providers solely for purposes such as enabling, delivering, securing, measuring, and operating our messaging program.

Consent and subscription data related to our Mobile Messaging Program will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Instasent maintains its own privacy and service terms. You can review them here:

Abandoned Cart and Checkout Messaging

Our Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to record items added to your cart, pages visited, and the status of your checkout process. Where permitted and based on your consent where required, this information may be used in connection with Instasent or other messaging technology to determine when to send abandoned cart or abandoned checkout reminders through SMS, MMS, or RCS.

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of marketing SMS, MMS, or RCS communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option or link included in our messages, replying STOP where this functionality is available, using native opt-out or block-sender options available in certain messaging applications, or contacting us at support@bomiskin.com.

For assistance, reply HELP where supported or contact us at support@bomiskin.com.

BOMI does not charge you for participating in our Mobile Messaging Program. However, your mobile carrier may apply message, data, or other charges associated with SMS, MMS, RCS, or mobile data services. You are responsible for any such carrier charges.

After you opt out, we may send a final confirmation message where permitted. Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-marketing or transactional communications where permitted by applicable law.
